NAASC Tampa Bay's highest recognition for individual achievement reserved to honor a woman of color  who embodies the attributes of Blanche Armwood, Class of 1906, to further the cause of uplifting  women and minorities in the Tampa Bay Area. The honoree selected will have made significant contributions to the community in the areas of education, arts, social justice, and/or economic development.
